The CAST series are Duelunds no hold barred capacitor range. They are built with a conductive foil separated by a paper in oil with the addition of a proprietary WPIO dielectricum which necessitates several days of impregnation under high pressure. This creates a form with incredible damping properties giving a mechanical stability hitherto unheard of. On top of this casting process, a ring of hard-pressed paper strengthens the damping properties of the design helping music flow effortlessly.

These are the new CAST series, made at the newly revamped Duelund Factory. Now fully equipped with the Jensen winding and impregnation machines. The papers separating the copper foils are vacuum impregnated in a deep vacuum 100 times lower, than what was possible at the old factory.

The outer lead out, closest to the edge of the capacitor, is connected to the outer foil and as such should be connected to the lowest impedance path to ground.
